If you reserved your Ruvo Mask with a deposit and fail to complete the remaining balance before the shipping deadline, your preorder will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

The Ruvo Ala Mask is the world’s first AI-powered beauty device that delivers a full face of makeup in under 10 minutes — contact-free. It uses facial mapping technology, precision spray nozzles, and refillable makeup cartridges to apply foundation, contour, blush, and more with no brushes, sponges, or manual blending required.

Not usually. The self-cleaning system is sufficient for most users. If buildup occurs, the app will alert you and walk you through a 2-minute manual rinse mode.

The Ruvo Ala Mask features a self-cleaning cycle that activates after every use to flush the nozzles and internal misting system.

You may also wipe the interior with a soft, damp cloth weekly.

Yes. Ruvo is TSA-compliant, compact, and designed for on-the-go use. We recommend carrying it in its case and charging it fully before travel.

On a full charge, you can get up to 7 full makeup sessions. The battery will notify you through the app or LED indicator when it’s time to recharge.

Use the included USB-C cable. Plug it into the charging port located discreetly at the bottom of the mask. A full charge takes about 90 minutes.

Yes. All Ruvo cartridges are designed to be refillable and recyclable. We’re also working on a return & rewards program where you can send used cartridges back for professional sanitizing and refilling.
