Not usually. The self-cleaning system is sufficient for most users. If buildup occurs, the app will alert you and walk you through a 2-minute manual rinse mode.

The Ruvo Ala Mask features a self-cleaning cycle that activates after every use to flush the nozzles and internal misting system. You may also wipe the interior with a soft, damp cloth weekly.

Ruvo will be available in Canada and the U.S. at launch, with global shipping options coming soon.

Yes. Ruvo is TSA-compliant, compact, and designed for on-the-go use. We recommend carrying it in its case and charging it fully before travel.

On a full charge, you can get up to 7 full makeup sessions. The battery will notify you through the app or LED indicator when it’s time to recharge.

Use the included USB-C cable. Plug it into the charging port located discreetly at the bottom of the mask. A full charge takes about 90 minutes.

Yes. The Ruvo Ala Mask uses clean, dermatologist-approved ingredients and contact-free micro-mist application. It’s suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and is formulated to be non-comedogenic, vegan, and free of parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrance.

Download the Ruvo app from the App Store or Google Play. Power on your mask using the side button. Follow the app’s instructions to pair your mask via Bluetooth. Insert your chosen cartridges. Select a look, stand in front of the mask, and let it apply your makeup in minutes.

You’ll need the app for the initial setup and to unlock features like presets and usage tracking. After setup, you can use basic functions (like a saved routine) without reconnecting every time.

A full application takes up to 10 minutes, depending on your selected routine and coverage settings.

Yes. You can select light, medium, or full coverage in the app for each product type. You can also save your favorite presets for daily wear, events, or seasonal looks.

No. Your facial scan is saved after initial setup. You can rescan anytime if your features change or you want a new mapping profile.

Each cartridge provides approximately 30 full-face applications, depending on your chosen intensity and misting duration.

Yes. All Ruvo cartridges are designed to be refillable and recyclable. We’re also working on a return & rewards program where you can send used cartridges back for professional sanitizing and refilling.

Yes. Facial mapping data is stored locally and encrypted. Ruvo does not sell or share biometric data. You can delete your profile at any time via the app.

Cartridges are designed with pressurized seals to prevent leaks. Store them upright, and avoid exposure to extreme heat or freezing temperatures.
